Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 5-7 business days. If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified promptly, including our estimate of the delivery schedule. You will not be charged until the item is shipped.

For Expedited Service, please contact us at 516-906-1007. We regret that Expedited or Overnight Service cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Note that large or heavy items may not qualify for Expedited or Overnight Service.

Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer UPS at our regular rates.

We regret that our site is not specifically designed to accommodate shipping to international destinations, but we are happy to ship your On a Whim Apparel purchases abroad. For international orders please call 516-906-1007 or contact Customer Services. For international shipments, we regret that we cannot track the package or offer receipt confirmation service. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs or duties.

Any promotional discount or allowance will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping Offers apply only to UPS ground or US Postal Service delivery within the continental United States.

Any unused item (except personalized items) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Please insure your return package against loss in transit.
